They were written with the beginner and advanced users in mind.
I used Paint Shop Pro 9 and XI & Animation Shop 3
The author assumes that you have some basic working knowledge of the programs.
YOU MAY NOT.........
(A) - use for any defamatory, obscene or immoral act that is prohibited by law in all 50 states.
(B) - copy, translate, rename my tutorials, files or claim my creations as your own.
(C) - share supplies offered to follow tutorials.
(D) - add my Tutorials to any collections online, for purchase, or upload to personal websites, or any online file sharing sites without express written permission from me.
(E) - use my Tutorials for financial or commercial profit or gain
and remember that hot linking is bandwidth theft and is strictly forbidden.
YOU MAY.......
(A) - resize them to suite your project as long as they do not become distorted.
(B) - use my Tutorials to create sigtags, forum sets, stationary for Incredimail or Outlook Express, Desktop Wallpaper, Cell Phone Wallpapers

All supplies used are from free scrap kits, some paid scrap kits, copyright safe group shares. Please do not ask for supplies I have not shared.
All artwork used are done so with purchased licenses through Tube Stores,
General Permission Artists and Granted Artist Permissions.
